Those documents form the primary contractual basis for the services.

The descriptions of services on this Site are for general informational purposes. They do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance or a binding commitment to provide services on any particular terms. Engagements are confirmed only upon execution of a written engagement letter and receipt of applicable fees.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for advisory services are specified in individual engagement letters. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms, invoicing schedules, and any applicable cancellation or variation provisions are set out in the relevant engagement letter.

We reserve the right to vary our published fee schedules at any time. Such variations do not affect fees already agreed in a signed engagement letter.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, design elements, graphics, and structure — is the intellectual property of Cermin Insight or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian copyright law and applicable international conventions.

Written outputs produced during an advisory engagement (such as reflection documents, pattern analysis reports, and engagement summaries) are delivered to the client for their use. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Cermin Insight retains intellectual property rights in the methodologies, frameworks, and approaches used in delivering those outputs.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content from this Site without our prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

We treat information shared during advisory engagements with discretion. Our approach to handling engagement-related information is set out in individual engagement letters, which include appropriate confidentiality provisions.

Information submitted through the contact form on this Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
